Nikta Kermani

Nikta Kermani is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office.

Since joining RBB in 2021, she has advised clients on a range of competition matters including mergers and abuse of dominance investigations.

Nikta holds an MSc in Economics from the University of East Anglia. She is fluent in English and Persian.

Since joining RBB, Nikta has advised clients on a variety of competition matters before the European Commission, and national competition authorities in the UK, India, South Korea, and Turkey.

Her experience spans a wide variety of competition matters including merger control procedures and abuse of dominance investigations.

Nikta has worked with clients such as Google, Aviva, Korean Air Airlines and Wolseley, amongst others.

Her experience covers a broad range of sectors including tech, online-platforms, insurance, airlines, and HVAC distribution.
