Natalie Guest

Natalie is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office. Since joining RBB in 2016, she has advised on issues across a variety of competition economics sectors, focusing on vertical and horizontal merger reviews in various jurisdictions including the European Commission, the CMA in the UK and national competition authorities in 15 other jurisdictions worldwide.

She holds an MSc in Specialised Economic Analysis from the Barcelona School of Economics, and a BA degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.

Natalie has advised clients on a number of competition aspects, with experience of mergers raising horizontal and vertical concerns, as well as concerns of innovation, in-depth Phase-II merger investigations. She has worked on cases in a wide range of sectors including transport, consumer goods, oil and gas services and pharmaceuticals.

She has worked on a number of high-profile mergers such as the mergers between Illumina and Grail, Alstom and Bombardier, and Flutter and Stars.

Her experience includes cases before the European Commission, as well as before a number of national competition authorities including India, Singapore, South Africa, Israel, South Korea and the UK.
