Mark is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office. He has advised clients on a wide range of competition matters, including Phase II mergers, before the European Commission and national competition authorities.
Since joining RBB in 2021, Mark has advised clients on a wide range of cases including in-depth phase II merger investigations, anticompetitive agreements, and follow-on damages litigation.
Mark has provided economic evidence in multiple jurisdictions, including before the European Commission, the Competition and Markets Authority (UK), and the Autorité de la concurrence (France).
Mark’s experience covers a wide range of sectors including air transport, automotive manufacturing, cloud software, healthcare, household goods, paper & packaging, and security services.
Mark also has experience advising regulators, including developing an assessment framework for airline cooperation agreements with the New Zealand Ministry of Transport.
Mark holds an MSc in Economics with distinction from the University of Warwick as well as a BA in French and Economics from the University of Sheffield.
