Man Kwan Ma

Man Kwan is a Senior Data Scientist at RBB Economics, based in London. She holds a BA in Economics and an MPhil in Economics Research from the University of Cambridge. Since joining RBB Economics in 2020, Man Kwan has worked on a range of competition matters including mergers, abuse of dominance investigation, regulatory market inquiry and market studies. She is fluent in English, Chinese Mandarin and Chinese Cantonese.

Man Kwan has advised clients on competition aspects before the European Commission and numerous national competition authorities in the UK, South Africa, China and India.

Her experience includes merger investigations raising both horizontal and non-horizontal concerns, Phase-II merger investigations, digital market regulations, abuse of dominance, follow-on damage assessments, and market studies.

Man Kwan has provided economic advice across a range of sectors including the digital market, Ad Tech, biochemistry, waste treatment and entertainment.

She has advised numerous high-profile clients such as Google, Henkel, Veolia and Suez.

Her expertise also lies in data-intensive tasks, and she is proficient in data science, machine learning, Python, and other programming languages.
