Lucy Holden

Lucy Holden is an Associate Principal based in RBB’s London office.

Since joining RBB in 2018, Lucy has advised clients on matters before the European Commission and various national competition authorities and courts, including the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT).

Lucy holds an MSc in Economics (with Distinction) from the London School of Economics and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Cambridge.

Lucy’s experience covers a variety of matters, including mergers involving both horizontal and non-horizontal issues, abuse of dominance investigations and litigation matters.

She has advised clients across a wide range of industries including digital platforms, energy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consumer electronics, transport, leisure, media, and telecommunications.

Lucy teaches at the Postgraduate Diploma in Economics for Competition Law at King’s College London, attended by staff from competition authorities and other leading law firms.

She has also co-authored several publications, including contributions to books and journals covering market definition, merger control, and antitrust matters.
