
Lishuyu is a Senior Associate at RBB Economics, based in Brussels.
Since joining RBB in 2019, Lishuyu has advised clients on a wide range of competition matters before the European Commission, as well as various national competition authorities.
She holds an MSc in Economics of Markets and Organization from the Toulouse School of Economics. A Chinese national, Lishuyu is fluent in Mandarin, English and French.
Lishuyu has worked on a wide range of competition matters before the European Commission, as well as various national competition authorities, including in Australia, China, France, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
Lishuyu has advised clients on a variety of cases involving complex economic analyses, including horizontal and non-horizontal mergers, cartel investigations and litigation. Her experience includes several European in-depth Phase II mergers as well as complex Phase I investigations such as the assessment of local competition issues.
Lishuyu has advised numerous high-profile clients such as Booking, EssilorLuxottica and Veolia. Her experience covers a wide range of sectors, including online platforms (online travel services and metasearch services), eyewear, optical retail, insurance, trucks, light commercial vehicles, coffee retail, post and water management.
