Kryštof Krotil

Kryštof Krotil is an Associate Principal based in RBB’s London office. He has extensive experience in merger assessment, having worked on many in-depth Phase II investigations raising horizontal, vertical and conglomerate concerns. He has also advised on a wide variety of other matters, including abuse of dominance cases, anticompetitive agreements, cartel investigations and follow-on damages litigations.

Since joining RBB in 2014, Kryštof has worked extensively on competition matters before the European Commission, as well as before the national competition authorities in China, France, Sweden and the UK, amongst others.

Kryštof has worked for Alstom, Anheuser-Busch InBev, DP World, FedEx, Google, Oracle, Samsung, Saudi Aramco, Telenor, TeliaSonera and Zimmer, amongst other clients.

Kryštof’s experience spans a range of sectors including fast moving consumer goods, express delivery services, telecommunications, medical implants, eyewear, internet search and integrated circuits.

Kryštof joined the firm after completing an MSc in Economics at the Barcelona Graduate School of Economics, and an undergraduate degree at the Charles University in Prague. Kryštof is a native Czech speaker and fluent in English.
