Jasmine Peng

Jasmine Peng is an Associate Principal based in RBB’s London office.

Since joining RBB in 2018, Jasmine has advised clients on a wide range of competition matters including mergers, cartels, abuse of dominance investigations and market studies.

Jasmine holds MPhil and BA in Economics degrees from the University of Cambridge. Jasmine is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Jasmine has supported clients in a number of high-profile proceedings and litigation cases before courts in the UK and China. Those cases involve (among others) assessing alleged abuses of dominance in several digital markets and quantifying damages from cartels.

Jasmine has advised on mergers and acquisitions notified to the European Commission, the UK CMA and other domestic authorities in Europe, China, Australia and Saudi Arabia. Jasmine also has experience in market studies and regulatory issues.

Jasmine’s experience spans a wide range of sectors, including automotive, building and construction, e-commerce, food science, hygiene, maritime transport, pharmaceuticals, social media, video games, virtualisation software and water and waste treatment.

Jasmine has also contributed to conferences, lectures and training seminars at the SAMR and GCLC.
