Jane Rosenberg

Jane is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office. She joined RBB in 2020 after completing a Master of Science in Economics for Development at the University of Oxford.

Jane also holds a bachelor’s degree in politics, philosophy and economics and a first class honours in economics from the University of Cape Town.

Since joining RBB, Jane has advised clients on a variety of competition matters, including merger investigations and alleged restriction of competition inquiries. She has provided advice on matters before the European Commission and before a variety of national competition authorities, including the UK’s Competition and Market’s Authority (CMA), Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and South African Competition Commission.

Jane’s experience spans a variety of industries, including insurance broking, security services, media, music royalties and sports betting.

Jane has advised clients including Comcast/Sky, Securitas AB, Willis Towers Watson, Genius Sports and Delicious Digital.
