Else Christensen

Else Christensen is a Senior Associate at RBB Economics, based in Stockholm. She relocated to Stockholm in October 2022 having joined the Dusseldorf office in February 2019.

She has advised clients on a wide variety of competition matters before the European Commission as well as many other competition authorities around the world. Else holds a PhD in Economics from LMU Munich and an MSc in Mathematics-Economics from Aarhus University, she is a native Danish speaker and fluent in English.

Since joining RBB, Else has advised clients on a variety of competition matters, including merger investigations and alleged restriction of competition inquiries. She has advised clients on competition matters before the European Commission, and before competition authorities in South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, and China.

She has been involved in many large multijurisdictional mergers including phase II investigations, complex phase I investigations, and referral cases.

Else also has experience with antitrust investigations, including abuse of dominant position, alleged information exchanges, cartel investigations and follow-on damages.

Else’s experience spans a variety of sectors including chemical admixtures, HVAC, energy, water, construction, insurance, and life sciences.
