Domenico Pasculli

Domenico is a Senior Associate at RBB Economics, based in London. Since joining RBB in 2020, he has advised clients on a wide range of competition matters before the European Commission, as well as national competition authorities and courts around the world, including Australia, South Korea, Turkey and Ukraine.

Before joining RBB, Domenico worked as an intern in the Principal Adviser Team of the European Commission (DG Comp) and in the Group Internal Validation team of UniCredit.

Domenico holds an MSc in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University in Milan.

Domenico has advised clients on a variety of high-profile cases involving complex economic analysis, including abuses of dominance, agreements, mergers and litigations before national competition authorities and courts in Europe and around the world.

Domenico’s experience covers a large variety of sectors, including trucks, cement and ready-mix, construction, fashion, media, telecommunication and oil/gas extraction and refining.

Prior to joining RBB, Domenico worked on the ex-post evaluation of EU decisions in the Principal Adviser Team of the European Commission in Brussels. He also gained experience in the banking sector by working in the risk model validation team of UniCredit headquarters in Milan.

Domenico holds an MSc in Economics and Social Sciences and a BSc degree magna cum laude in International Economics and Finance from Bocconi University. He also took part in an exchange program with Warwick University in 2016.

His studies, interests and dissertations blend a mix of competition analysis, macroeconomics and finance aimed at providing microeconomic foundations to classical macroeconomic questions.
