Ben C. Thomas

Ben is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s Sydney office. Since joining RBB in 2021, he has advised clients on a wide range of competition and regulatory matters.

Ben holds a BCom(Hons) degree with First Class Honours in Economics from Monash University.

Since joining RBB, Ben has advised clients on a variety of competition and regulatory matters before the Australian courts and competition authorities.

His experience includes providing advice on mergers (raising both horizontal and non-horizontal concerns), alleged anti-competitive agreements and market investigations.

Ben’s experience covers a range of sectors, including waste management, ride-sharing platforms, gas markets, agricultural markets and app stores.
