Alex Craig

Alex is a Senior Associate based in RBB’s London office. Since joining RBB in 2019, he has advised on a range of competition matters, including mergers raising horizontal and vertical concerns, as well as abuse of dominance litigation.

He holds an MSc in Economics from the Barcelona School of Economics, and a BA degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford.

Alex has advised clients on a number of competition aspects, with experience of mergers raising horizontal and vertical concerns, in-depth Phase-II merger investigations, abuse of dominance litigation, and follow-on damage assessments. Alex has also assisted in the preparation of expert reports.

He has worked with a number of high-profile clients including Alstom, Daily Mail and General Trust, News UK, Teva, Willis Towers Watson, and Saudi Aramco.

His experience includes cases before the European Commission, as well as before a number of national competition authorities, including India, Slovenia, and the UK.

Alex’s has advised across a range of sectors, including pharmaceuticals, insurance broking, newspaper printing, rolling stock, petrochemicals, and industrial plastics.
