RBB was instructed by Northridge, on behalf of Newcastle United FC, to provide expert testimony before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) concerning the distribution arrangements of its replica kit, in the context of a standalone antitrust lawsuit, between Newcastle United FC, Adidas and JD Sports, and claimant Sports Direct. A settlement of the matter was successfully reached and was approved by the CAT on 24 February 2025.
