RBB team involved in “K” Line’s successful settlement in CAT litigation

RBB was instructed by Cleary Gottlieb on behalf of "K" Line in relation to a class action litigation before the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT).

On 5 December, the CAT approved the settlement with the class representative in the damages claim following the European Commission’s vehicle carriers decision.
