Merger concerning mechanical perimeter security unconditionally cleared

On 11 March 2025, the Danish Competition Authority, unconditionally cleared EMK Capital Partners’ acquisition of Heras Group in Phase I, following similar decisions from the Swedish, German and Dutch competition authorities during 2024.
