RBB assisted Lindab with a Phase II clearance by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) of its acquisition of rival HAS-Vent, subject to the divestment of two of their combined thirty sites. The firms both supply circular ducts and fittings used in ventilation systems in buildings in the UK.
