Simon Bishop is to participate in the UCLA Law School Annual Institute on US, EU, and Canadian aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions. He will contribute to a panel on recent US and EU antitrust developments, alongside Nadia Calvino of the European Commission and other leading practitioners. The Institute will take place in New York on 24 and 25 October.
