Key updates and developments in theories of harm

On 18 April, RBB's Paul StoddartPaul StoddartPrincipal will join industry peers at The Merger Control Forum in London.

Paul will participate in the panel session focusing on theories of harm, covering:

• Substantive analysis of eco-system, innovation, dynamic and novel theories; 

• Recent cases that have impacted theories of harm such as Microsoft/Activision to Booking.com/eTraveli; and
