Patrick will join a panel discussing public interest factors in African competition policy, and his participation follows an article on this topic in the GCR’s African & Middle Eastern Antitrust Review. Several high profile cases have illustrated the potential for competition decisions, and in particular merger inquiries, to be significantly affected by public interest issues.
