RBB’s Paul Stoddart will participate in the 'Exploring Mergers and the Merger Control Landscape' session at Thoughtleaders4 Competition's upcoming UK conference.
The session will explore the current merger control landscape, including updates to the transparency and processes in the CMA to Phase II. The panel will also assess the scale divergence in the UK from Europe and unpack the Microsoft Activision Blizzard ruling and reversal.
