RBB’s Vitaly Pruzhansky
Vitaly PruzhanskyPartner will present on the topic of ‘economics of private enforcement’ at the annual competition law conference in Riga, organized by Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia and European Law Institute, on 20 September.
The conference will focus on the quantification of competition law infringements damages and will cover the principle of full compensation and its application in practice. It is supported by the Competition Council of Latvia and the Office of Sworn Attorneys, RASNAČS.
