Ethel Fonseca will chair a panel discussing merger control matters at the Conference on Contemporary Competition Developments organised by Women @ Competition in partnership with the Women’s Competition Network, Concurrences, MLex and Chillin’Competition. Other panels include discussions of private competition enforcement issues, rebates and other incentives by dominant firms and E-Commerce.
