Competition policy in the era of ecological transition

RBB’s Etienne PfisterEtienne PfisterPartner is looking forward to discussing the topic of competition policy at a time of ecological transition at the upcoming Nasse seminar being organised by the Directorate-General of the Treasury and the French Competition Authority.

During the event Etienne will join Fabienne Siredey-Garnier (Autorité de la concurrence/French Competition Authority) and Anne Wachsmann-Guigon (Linklaters) to discuss whether environmental issues may require an adaptation of competition policy, including to what extent competition policy tools take account of environmental issues, and how competition policy can serve more as a spur on the path to the ecological transition.
