On 7 November, RBB's Yan Yu
Yan YuPartner will join the Concurrences Asia-Pacific conference in Hong Kong. Yan who leads RBB's Singapore office will participate in the merger control panel which will discuss if competition authorities in Asia are moving towards more stringent merger control enforcement with, for example, the Chinese amendments to its merger control filing thresholds or the Australian amendment of the law on mergers and acquisitions to prevent anticompetitive transactions.
